Grief is heavy, it’s long, debilitating, consuming; it’s overwhelming, exacerbating. But my dearest friend, this I know: You will not cry always!
There are no words adequate enough in this time, but your name is mentioned in every prayer I utter. My dear friend whom I love, I gently caution you to steer from unhealth coping mechanisms. Substance Abuse, Avoidance, Emotional Eating, Dangerous Behavior, etc. may provide temporary comfort but will eventually devour you. Rather, as we honor those we lost, may we live a life worthy of their grandeur!
Though I walk through the Valley of Shadow of Death, I will fear no evil for you are with me and comfort me. Psalm 23:4
May the love of God cover you. May my virtual embrace reach you. One day, you spirit will rise up again because, you my friend, are a warrior. This too shall pass! Humura Mama.
-With Infinite Love,
Liv
