I used to stress about loving sugar (in all its forms, **wink wink**) but I have since relaxed. I will try and eat cleaner, yes, but I will no longer overstress about the matter. Why? I’ve concluded that: I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I don’t cheat, I don’t lie (much); small sugar will not kill me.
However, I am in my cousin’s wedding next month and I wanna show off so its time to renew Weight Watchers. (Unlike Oprah…)
