I used to wonder whether my leadership style was too accessible.The problem when you operate on a grassroot level and are down with the masses, those masses, ziramenyera (overfamiliarize) . I HATE elites, we are all one; at the same time, ndambiwe whatsapp group zibishye munyogeramo. Still, as annoying as it is, I would rather “kumenyerwa” than to be feared. It’s best they perceive me as too simple than too far removed and unable to relate. Method to my madness, baby!

No matter what level God elevates me to, it will never be that serious. At the end of the day, when it comes down to doing #2, do you do it kneeling or in the air? Or do you, like the rest of us mere mortals, sit your behind down?
