POLITICAL LINES & TRUTH

Very few truths are absolute. I would venture to say that even the Earth being round may not be an absolute truth. (Stay with me) Wouldn’t it be possible that with the advancement of technology we could one day discover crucial evidence to refute the theory? The point I am dramatically trying to make is, most things can be argued in the negative and in the positive. When it comes to politics for example, a case could be made for conservatives. A case could be made for liberals. So why are Christians insisting the Biblical vote is the conservative vote? In my view, this line of thinking fails ab initio.

We are to either be like Jehovah Witnesses, who do not participate in any political activity because they believe the only legitimate form of governance is the Kingdom of God. THAT I can respect. However, if we are going to participate in the tainted affairs of the world, let us manage the mess how we see fit.

Two words: NONE YA’ (none of your business)
