Homosexuality v. Religion

Religion is sacred AND so is Humans’ right to pursuit of happiness.

On one hand, the Free Exercise Clause protects citizens’ right to practice their religion as they please. On the other, all persons are guaranteed, equal protection of laws. So then, discriminating against a person, based on who is in their bed, is illegal. Beyond that, I posit to you that discriminating against them is also anti-Christian. Love is the ultimate law. For a society to function successfully, everyone must be protected, and no one’s beliefs can be placed as paramount. In sum, “we hold these truths to be self-evident: all humans are created equal”. As for the purported sinful nature of the act, did we miss a chapter, are YOU the awaited Messiah?
