AFRO-REVOLUTION

Forget all the times I said this sentence in vain. This time, we are truly really witnessing History! Gone are the days where they’d make fun of our accents; now they stand in line at the Gold Coast, awaiting their citizenship (*Cough Cough, if the line gets too long, try the other 53 nations that comprise Africa*) Our feelings on the matter? This is boosting the tourism industry of our nations. Hopefully your motivations are pure but even if you are doing it for the gram, long as you buy lots of Waakye and souvenirs, baby; we ain’t mad! AKWAABA, Darling! (*Welcome in Twi*)

Outside of Ghana. An even deeper Afro-Revolution is brewing. French armed forces are being kicked out in most francophone Africa. Whether Captain IB of Burkina and the likes are Saints or not, they have done a good thing: Elevate the Black Consciousness & restore our people’s dignity. Just this morning, Senegalese PM, Sonko, noted “France has neither the capacity nor the legitimacy to ensure Africa’s security and sovereignty.”

It’s a good day to be African.
