All due respect, but the generation above WILDING… I just heard a Jamaican guy in New York share the story of his parents’ separation. Basically, his 60+ y/o dad had 2 babies with a 30y/o and when his stay-at-home wife of 40 yrs confronted him, he legit refused to have the conversation and left; never to be heard from again. He then went on to remove her from his life insurance policy and instead added his young side lover as sole beneficiary. Thankfully this was successfully challenged in court (since wife had contributed to it for literal decades). Sis is MIGHTY fine and is in therapy so she will be alright. God bless her!

We know both men & women will cheat until the end of times. That is not the thematic at hand. I do find our elders get away with a lot though… Don’t get me wrong, young people misbehave too but they are ostracized for the bad behavior a bit more. Wouldn’t you agree? It is as if in older African/Caribbean circles, when pay the mortgage, you can LITERALLY get away with murder. We have seen it all. From deadbeat parents, (Rwanda only instituted child-support in recent years so we’re talking pure deadbeat) TO overt unchecked immorality.
A word of advice to the population, you musn’t tire yourself you know. Couple options: (1) polygamy, (2) open marriage, (3) Eternal Bachelor/ette. As for a life of deceit/wickedness, it ALWAYS catches up with you. Plus these Gen Zs aren’t as gentle as us sweet/soft/angelic Millennials, they WILL expose you in the most brutal way… Better repent now or when you’re exposed, I will have to eat popcorn, wear indoor sunglasses and whisper an “I told you so…” In conclusion, I would be remiss if I did not applaud the men and women of GREAT integrity I grew up around. I never even knew half these things existed…
