I hate the gym and I have a ridiculous sweet tooth. Also, while I love my body type, Coca-Cola Body. (A large Coca-Cola.) I am clinically considered obese. Even if you account for the fact that metrics used in US are for white body types – then at best I’m overweight. Still bad… So it’s time I shed a few pounds… (Again)
I am in Atl, everyone has a BBL and the girls be looking gooDT! Considered it for a hot secundo but I decided I don’t have the “balls”, I’m too much of a chicken for it. My next consideration was Ozempic. Then I remembered how I once asked my OBGYN whether Birth Control Pills could negatively affect fertility, that lady looked me in the face and said not sure, not enough conclusive research since it only came out in the 60s. Then why TF are y’all poisining people? Anyway, I decided I would definitely not toy with a 7 year old pill. Plus, Sofie was sure to remind me that Ozempic was not even meant to be for weight loss and using it for that purpose is taking away supply from diabetes patients. So then you’ll understand, I have only one choice, lose 30lbs naturally… Welcome to Hell…
I’ll tackle this 1 week at a time. Otherwise I’ll be overwhelmed & give up. This week: no meats, no processed food, no restaurants, load up on veggies & fruits… Hopefully I lose like 5-10lbs by Saturday? Stay Tuned. Off to starve, bye.
