Imagine a man praying with you 5 times a day. Is there a greater romantic gesture? Mashallah! Another beautiful element is the Adhan (call to prayer), it is a recitation over loud speaker in mosques to summon surrounding Muslims to pray. The muezzin sings “God is the greatest, come to prayer.”Everything is done in Arabic as to preserve the sanctity of Islam.

Brb! Suddenly in the mood for some henna. The Art of henna is not Muslim per se, it is a very ancient practice originating somewhere in Middle East & North Africa. The Quran does make reference of Henna being used to adorn the body and it is very common in Muslim communities. Other than that, what’s new on your end? Hope you are not participating in any Haram activities… God help us all!
