God & Ivory (Coast)

Label lovers may say I am undergoing a quarter life crisis. For I am re-defining the foundations of my very existence as I contemplate the following dilemmas. (1) Necessity/Beauty of Marriage v. Its Possible Negative Effects on Ambitious Women – (as I have seen with my very eyes for the hot second I was married.) (2) Pursuit of Money v. Life Calling . (3) Family Loyalty v. Healthy Boundaries. Still, one thing has never been up for debate: God. O! How I pray for everyone to experience the type of peace and joy that only comes from above. It is 1AM- Up From Nap- World’s Asleep- Creative Peak. Over here blasting Ivoirian Gospel Artist KS Bloom. Ivory Coast, Côte d’Ivoire, is famous for its elephant population, hence it’s name referencing ivory. Also famous for its glorious basilica in Yamoussoukro, pictured above. Now THIS IS THE AFRICA WE KNOW. In the street though, every party goer from Paris to New York to Cotonou, back to Atlanta, would know Ivory Coast from the classic song …. TA. DA. TA. DA.DA….
