Being a Humanitarian is the highest honor of my life for a humanitarian is unconcerned with political lines and only seeks to preserve the dignity of every human…. BUT- After today, it will be difficult to call myself a humanitarian. Not after the 12 onboard the Madleen left behind comfort & braved Goliath to deliver life-saving aid in Gaza —- where half a million people, per UN, are on the brink of salvation. Not after thousands of Algerians, Egyptians, Libyans, Moroccans, Tunisians followed suit & drove in a 100-vehicle convoy, knowing very well the previous crew was captured.
Tattoo Madleen on my skin. Bear a Child, name them Madleen. For evil may reign for a while BUT it can never prevail!
Lastly- Permit me to highlight that 25 Million Sudanese and 28 Million Congolese also face acute food insecurity RIGHT NOW. No hierarchy to pain. Every pain matters. As always shame on apologists who directly or indirectly condone abhorrent crimes against humanity. We will never forget.— It is well —- Love,
