Mali, baby!

I am in Mali. Land of General Assimi Goïta, President of AES (Alliance des Etats du Sahel), I am no political analyst but Im down for anything that makes colonial masters tremble! BTW- Next— can we take on the Chinese? Because Chinese imprint on Africa is ridic. They are everywhere, never hire local; don’t even TRY to speak English, French and MUCH LESS Bambara. Their disdain for the African man is so palpable. I be looking like, damn – can you pretend?

Perhaps, better said, Mali is the land of Allah. 95% Muslim. I find something so pure about Islam. At one point during our plane ride, I saw a man, use the plane’s blanket as a prayer mat, go in corner and pray. Most beautiful first sight of Mali! Mashallah!
