To her greatest delight, Candace has been sued by the Macrons for insisting Mrs. Macron was born male. Please refer to my previous blogs on Feb 3&14 for the facts surrounding the controversy.
Brigitte does not warm my bed. Others do the job very well (cough cough…) As such, her private parts m’importe peu (have no bearing on my life.)
Today though, I want to make outcome predictions of the case… While the genesis of the Macrons is indeed troubling in my eyes- that is, a 39 year old teacher divorcing to romance with her daughter’s friend aged 15, I suspect Candace will lose. Unlike America’s “In God we trust”, and UK where Monarch is Head of Church. France “est une societé laïque”(proud secular nation). France was also a prominent leader during European’s Philosophical Movement known as “Siècles des Lumieres” (Age of Enlightenment). The idea was to reject all traditional authority, embrace individual freedom etc. So, themes of sexual liberation that shock the average person; legally, France will likely not condemn.
In addition to that, one of the French Republic’s essential tenet is Human Rights (unless it concerns the blacks…) France was for example the first country in the world to explicitly include abortion as a guaranteed freedom in its constitution. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING. The court is too dignified to ask anyone about their personal liberties – AKA “Hey what was your assigned sex at birth” BUT The court must also decide whether defamation occured (has a lie has been told?)
IN ANY CASE…
No matter the outcome, I find this suit to be a win for the common people. If Candace loses, perhaps “House Negros” will finally understand, marrying white does not elevate your status. Which – if y’all marrying white for love as you claim, shouldn’t matter, right? Alternatively- if she wins, a message will be sent to (almost) female predators to chill TF out!

(*EDIT* Update: We just found out – Candace is being sued in a Delaware Court. Higher burden for Plaintiff in US for defamation. If Candace wins, we will not be able to breathe. hahah*)
