African Pilgrimage

As we hustle and bustle through morning traffic and Starbucks lines, on the other side of the Atlantic, a Ghanaian man and his partner, A Zimbabwean woman have claimed random Scottish woodland as theirs, named it “Kingdom of Kubala”, declared themselves King and Queen and even managed to gain an American follower who offers Fanta as sacrifice. Scotland is irate and has moved to evict. To which the “King” has responded “this is a spiritual reclamation of land, our mission can never be destroyed”

ODD, ISN’T IT?

Not any odder than when Scotland’s brothers in England woke and seized our occupied land, shamelessly proclaiming “This Vast Empire of ours, on which the Sun never sets”… Now, 100 years from now, picture little Scottish kids speaking Twi, wearing Kente, and locking their hair.
