Spent my Snowmageddon napping and netflixing. How heavenly! I’m classically a home buddy but was on the go so much last year, never had the time to decorate my new apartment. This year, Inshallah, I want an African Mona Lisa on the wall. I want a sculpture of self in the entry way. I want silk bedding. I want a water carafe by the bed. I want a fluffier couch. I want the UNDHR on the wall in a golden frame. I want a portrait of Revolutionary filmmaker Ousmane Sembène with a pipe.

Also, guess what? I cooked yesterday, for the first time in months. I made Brussels Sprouts & I fried beef in Tomato Paste & Red Onions. Delish! Tomorrow, I’ll need to nap less & write my 2025 Goals, because do the first 2 weeks of January even count.
